FURTHER EDUCATION TRAINING

SUBJECT: Creative Work

Project Partner: HR Education Management at the University Hospital Zurich

Learning to apply creative thinking at work:
The awareness that the innovative resource of creativity in particular can be used to successfully master complex tasks in a wide range of disciplines in the long term is not yet established outside the creative industry. The creative process is still mostly experienced as an uncontrollable risk situation that cannot guarantee predictable or binding results. All employees in the company must be sensitized and supported in discovering and exploiting this as yet unused space of opportunity.
However, everyday routines and scarce resources hinder the exploration of new perspectives, impairing constructive discourse and a joint search for solutions. Valuable insider knowledge within the company remains unused.

„The training was very exciting and inspiring, the introduction was great, we quickly got into the topic. The theory was short and precise, the practical exercises very useful.
The solution-focused approach was great and the visualizations extremely interesting.
The course leader very quickly created a positive atmosphere that supported the work of the group.“
Feedback from various course participants.

„I have come to know Beate as a very empathetic and inspiring discussion partner in various project phases.
The exchange is always enriching, encouraging and energizing. She asks the right questions with foresight and attentiveness, doesn’t shy away from detours and thus consistently helps me to make progress with my own project. Her immense knowledge, her many years of experience and her humorous personality - an unbeatable trio. Highly recommended!“
