Successful house building and the sustainable design of change processes have a lot in common:
In addition to the best possible project preparation, success factors are above all the motivation to maintain a high level of concentration and enthusiasm throughout the entire process, to be willing to think outside the box and to perform as well as possible as a team.
There is also potential to be utilised in the design of change processes: In house building, framework conditions are usually defined much more precisely, and the entire building process is accompanied and monitored much more consistently.
The creative process also follows rules, but in a less strict and possibly more restrictive form.
