SUBJECT: Fact or Fake

A wide variety of fears push us full force in the direction of risk avoidance. However, it is also clear that risk assessment based on negative emotions cannot be positive. Today, «new realities» and half-truths are extremely convincingly presented in the media and are spreading at a rapid pace. Often, however, the factual reality, which is a person’s own actual truth, is far less threatening than the lived emotion. A new form of risk management is required.

„Nobody succeeds in not being influenced by external stimuli. I myself notice again and again how a wide variety of information guides me in my thoughts and actions. Therefore, it is all the more important for me to always check such information very carefully for its very specific truth for me. Quite often this analysis surprises me: I am able to rediscover and adjust my actions to my true favour.
It is a great concern for me to share such experiences.“
